USE:
In ultrasonic mist diffusers (heat or candle diffusers should be monitored as they burn the oil if left unattended, and the water evaporates very quickly), 10 to 20 drops.
Inhaler tubes with cotton inserts, 1.5 to 2 ml depending on the size and absorbency of the insert.
In spray bottles mixed with water and then shaken to disperse the oil. 15 to 30 drops in a 60 ml or 100 ml bottle.
Directly on the palm of the hand, 1 drop, rub and inhale deeply for 1 to 3 minutes.
